What is Yoga Nidra? 
Whether you are a long-time meditator or you’ve never be able to meditate, Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditative practice that allows the body and mind to move into deep stillness and quiet rejuvenation effortlessly. 

How does it work?
The practice of Yoga Nidra at its essence is about completely letting go of the "doer" and the release of making anything happen. The practice is effortless when facilitated by a trained practitioner or listening to a guided audio practice.  You are comfortably situated on your back or sitting in a chair. The facilitator uses a series of body, breath and awareness techniques to gradually lead from an ordinary (beta) waking state, to a zone-like, relaxed (alpha) state, and eventually guiding you into an extraordinary (theta) state of deep relaxation. At this point in the Yoga Nidra meditation, your intentions are planted in the depths of the subconscious and your conscious mind is allowed to take a much needed break from the hectic world of YOU. Time becomes timeless as you enter into this meditation zone. Yoga Nidra is a safe & effective practice for everyone.

What are the benefits?
Like with any meditation practice, the benefits are endless.
