A Return to Stillness in Changing Times

Finding Deep Rest in Changing Times: The Quiet Power of Yoga Nidra
We are living in times of constant movement—externally and internally.
There is a hum beneath the surface of life right now… a subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) sense of uncertainty, transition, and acceleration.
Even when everything looks fine on the outside, many are feeling it in their nervous systems.
Restlessness. Overthinking. Fatigue that sleep alone doesn’t seem to fix.
I’ve been hearing it more and more:
“I’m tired… but I can’t fully relax.”
“I go to bed, but my mind keeps going.”
“I just don’t feel settled.”
And this is where Yoga Nidra becomes not just supportive—but essential.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is not about doing more.
It’s about allowing yourself to be held in a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the body can deeply restore and the mind can soften its grip.
It meets you exactly where you are.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to quiet your thoughts.
You don’t need to “try” to meditate.
You simply lie down… and receive.
