YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION

Join me for Night-Night Yoga Nidra, an online evening series where you can cozy up at home, listen to gentle guidance, and then roll right into bed. No meditation experience is needed—this practice is just as nourishing for beginners as it is for seasoned meditators.

Find a quiet, comfy spot where you won't be disrupted. Have your pillow, blanket, eye pillow or whatever else will help you to relax while resting on your back. Be sure to have your computer close by.
